Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, close to great dinner restaurants, and offers a mix of historical charm with modern amenities. While the noise from the busy road can be a downside, the central location and nearby attractions make it an interesting choice for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to metro stations and points of interest, but the noise from the street and AC was bothersome at times. The dining options were delicious, with a nice variety, but the room amenities were lacking, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although not well soundproofed and facing a noisy street, were of good size, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. They even surprised me with daily chocolates and complimentary tea in the dining room. The service was top-notch overall, with the staff being incredibly helpful and gracious. The location was both intriguing for its downtown vibe and central convenience, close to popular attractions and metro stations. On the downside, the neighborhood seemed a bit rundown and noisy, although exploring revealed charming spots nearby. The dining experience was impressive, featuring a variety of options and attentive service. Facilities offered were satisfactory, enhancing the stay despite some noise and lack of soundproofing.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and welcoming, and the staff provided top-notch service. However, the location wasn't as convenient as expected. The dining experience was delicious and diverse, and the facilities were excellent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite comfortable, although a bit noisy at times, and lacking air conditioning for hotter nights. On a positive note, I enjoyed the garden view. The service was outstanding, particularly thanks to Sonia and Teresa, who went above and beyond for all guests. However, the location felt a bit run-down and questionable, despite being within walking distance of some attractions. The dining options were fantastic, especially when enjoying a meal on the porch and garden. Overall, a good value for the price.
The hotel is situated in downtown very close to La Moneda, Plaza de Armas, offering an ideal spot to unwind with a coffee or wine at the end of the day. The rooms were very nice, despite being on the second floor without an elevator, and were a bit warm during the day. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate various requests, making our stay comfortable. The location was decent, with excellent access to the metro and plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The dining experience was fulfilling, offering a variety of tasty options for a satisfying meal. Overall, a great pick for a convenient and pleasant stay.
